Zenit-3F (2SB/Fregat) launches Fobos-Grunt (Phobos-Grunt) and Yinghuo-1 Mars probes from Baikonur. At the time of this posting (8 Nov 2011 8PM EST), Phobos-Grunt may have suffered a failure, with reported loss of telemetry.
