Russian documentary excerpt showing crash of Soyuz 1, April 1967, at (1m 30s) Soyuz 1 suffered failure of solar panel deployment and spaceraft stabilization, and manual parachute deployment resulted in a tangle. The module crashed back to earth after mission abort, exploding into flames and killing its single pilot, Vladimir Komarov.
